Gold Medal Victory: Team Alpha Dominates National Business Case 2025

It was a moment of triumph and tears of joy as Team Alpha from Institut Teknologi Sepuluh Nopember (ITS) was announced as the Grand Winner of the National Business Case Competition 2025. Competing against 500+ teams from across the archipelago, they clinched the Gold Medal and a cash prize of IDR 50 Million.

The Challenge: Sustainable Supply Chains

The case prompt required participants to design a sustainable supply chain strategy for a multinational FMCG company facing rising logistics costs and carbon footprint scrutiny. The solution needed to balance profitability with environmental responsibility.

Team Alpha's winning proposal, titled "GreenLoop Logistics," utilized a circular economy model combined with AI-driven route optimization. What set them apart was not just the idea, but the depth of their feasibility study.

The Role of Mentoring

The journey wasn't easy. Over three months of intensive preparation, the team worked closely with their Strativate mentor, Budi Santoso (Ex-McKinsey), to refine their problem statement and financial projections.
