Welcome to Strativate. By accessing our platform, enrolling in our mentoring programs, or using our services, you agree to be bound by these Terms of Service. Strativate is dedicated to providing high-quality educational coaching for business competitions. If you do not agree with any part of these terms, please do not use our services.

2Mentoring Services

Strativate provides educational guidance and coaching. While our mentors are experienced winners and professionals:

• Educational Purpose: Our services are for educational purposes. We provide tools, frameworks, and feedback to improve your skills.
• No Guarantee of Winning: Competition results depend on various factors including judges, competitors, and execution. We do not guarantee carrying off prizes or winning specific competitions.

3Intellectual Property

Your IP (Student):
We respect your ideas. Any business ideas, proposals, or decks you create remain your property. Our mentors are bound by confidentiality to not share or use your ideas outside of the mentoring context.

Our IP (Strativate):
Strativate's curriculum, frameworks, templates, and learning materials are our intellectual property. You may not distribute, resell, or copy these materials without permission.

4User Responsibilities

As a user or student, you agree to:

• Provide accurate information during registration
• Respect your mentors and fellow students
• Attend scheduled mentoring sessions on time
• Not share your account access with others
• Use our materials for personal learning only

5Payments & Refunds

Full payment is required to confirm your spot in mentoring programs. Refund policies vary by specific program and will be clearly communicated at checkout. Generally, cancellations made less than 24 hours before a scheduled session may not be refundable.

6Termination

We safeguard our community. Strativate reserves the right to terminate access to services for any user who violates these terms, engages in harassment, or misuses our intellectual property.

7Updates

We may modify these terms occasionally. Continued use of our platform after changes constitutes acceptance of the new terms.
